Personal Training- 10 Session Package

Work on your core strength, stability, strength, power, and speed in a progression planned for your individual needs and goals.

 

Small Group Bootcamp

$185- 10 Session package

Drop in sessions. Allows individuals to join exciting and motivating small group sessions. 4 set times a week with 2-4 other times offered weekly.

Tri Harder

For your first race or your next PR

3 Private Swim Coach Sessions- $300 Value

5 Personal Training Sessions- $225 Value

5 Small Group Training Sessions- $125 Value
